Placing an Order: Any personal information (name, address, email, and credit card) you send us when submitting your "shopping cart" order is transmitted securely over the Internet from your computer to our Web server. When you place an order, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. Your information will only be used to process, track and ship your order. This data (with the exception of credit card information) will also be retained by BIW for customer service purposes. Security: The "shopping cart" section of the Beauty Industry West Web site is located on a "secure server." • Consumer Agreement
• Early bird prices are valid until 12 Noon the Friday prior to the meeting. Once registered there are no refunds. No-shows are responsible for payment to BIW. Please designate a menu choice of meat, fish or vegetarian based on the monthly menu choices. If no preference is chosen you will receive what ever is available at time of serving.
